Description

EMMA is dyed by hand in studio in small batches in order to carefully follow each step of the dyeing process and create deep and semi-solid shades. Each bath is completely exhausted and the water is neutralized before being recycled.
Each skein is checked and reformed. I recommend alternating skeins while knitting to blend the color evenly.
The saturated shades, especially based on yellow or red may very slightly cloud the washing water. This will not affect your project in any way and does not constitute a dye defect. A little white vinegar can be added to the soaking water to prevent this.
