STELLA is a precious and delicate lace yarn in mohair and silk. Extremely soft, it offers a light and wispy knit look. It can be combined with a fingering yarn like Isaure or a DK like Emma to give them extra softness. But it can also be knitted alone, in double or triple thread for a super soft sweater in brioche stitch. Hand dyed, its semi-solid colors are punctuated by delicate nuances which give a luminous aspect to the project.
STELLA is available for a pre-order. The skeins will be ready to be shipped within a couple of weeks.

Description
STELLA is dyed by hand in studio in small batches in order to carefully follow each step of the dyeing process and create deep and semi-solid shades. Each bath is completely exhausted and the water is neutralized before being recycled.
Each skein is checked and reformed. I recommend alternating skeins while knitting to blend the color evenly.
The saturated shades , especially based on yellow or red may very slightly cloud the washing water. This will not affect your project in any way and does not constitute a dye defect. A little white vinegar can be added to the soaking water to prevent this.
